    akawa aims to facilitate energetic cleansing, aiding individuals in releasing stagnant energies and suppressed emotions, thereby enabling them to remember their true essence and decondition themselves from past experiences.

  • the impact of TRE on the regulation of the nervous system is significant. it is a therapeutic approach that involves simple exercises designed to release tension and stress from the body. the exercises involve a series of gentle movements and tremors that activate the body's natural healing mechanism and promote the release of stored tension and trauma.
