about me

context first. my home base used to be in hamburg, germany, for almost 25 years, during which I lived and worked in numerous other places abroad, such as england, uganda, moscow, south africa, paris, dr congo, beijing, portugal, mexico, and ibiza. Initially, I worked in development cooperation and international politics, but then mostly as a freelance digital consultant for the german automotive industry.

due to the growing independence of remote work at the beginning of the pandemic, I chose to live in places where I could find an ocean, ample nature, and a lot of sunlight and moonlight, namely portugal, mexico, and ibiza.

a few years prior, concepts from eckhart tolle, such as the power of now, living in the present, the ego mind, consciousness, and acceptance and surrender, which would ignite a certain awareness within me.

my game changer

shortly before the pandemic, i experienced my first breathwork session in mexico, which ultimately changed everything. during that session, i felt as if I had taken all the drugs from all over the world at once, literally. in reality, i felt like I was breathing in the universe. i experienced a sensation of flying around the entire world, where space and time ceased to exist. it was an intensely magical experience. subsequently, i felt a profound sense of unity with the universe, with all  the beauty that this feeling entailed. i realized that everything is as it is supposed to be, inherently perfect. additionally, i experienced a deep self-acceptance and a strong affirmation of being enough. there was this deep innate knowing within me.

in retrospect, this marked my very first conscious spiritual connection with the universe and all that is. from that day on, i began to explore breathwork 2-3 times each week, experimenting with various techniques.

with the pandemic, everything fell into place for me: i could finally reside where I felt most alive and free. i engaged in a lot of breathwork sessions and had plenty of time, spending days, weeks, and months sitting by the ocean, in nature, or in front of a fireplace. it has been a beautiful journey showcasing all kinds of emotional shades and teachings. the rest is private, haha.

the game is on fire

soon, my mind sought to comprehend the science behind breathwork, trauma, and the nervous system. initially, i enrolled in a training program where my first breathwork facilitator had previously learned years ago. since then, i have undergone training in TRE, reiki levels 1 & 2, crystal bowl sound healing, and akawa - accelerated kundalini activation process.

i have participated in many retreats, met beautiful shamans and healers, sat in numerous healing sessions and ceremonies. i have delved into countless books, podcasts, and videos to satiate my innate need for knowledge and wisdom on all levels: somatically, energetically, emotionally, and, of course, mentally. it has become quite a journey.

my primary interest still lies in the nervous system, encompassing all its facets and correlations. one of my favorite modalities remains trauma release breathwork. energy work has played a significant role from the outset as well, particularly since both modalities complement each other seamlessly.

therefore, my approach amalgamates various somatic modalities to address the reconnection and regulation of the nervous system. many contemporary conditions stem from a dysregulated nervous system, and they can be healed by regulating it. you can learn more about the nervous system
here. i think it’s very fascinating! and so much healing potential if worked with consistently.

what else?

human design, astrology, readings,
and all sound-related dimensions
also occupy a significant portion of
my time and attention.

i am a pisces and a 2/6 generator

i also aim to construct a bridge to contemporary spirituality, making its wisdom accessible to everyone.
